It can be used over a vegetable cage or draped directly over your crops. It's lightweight for easy transport and installation, with knots for extra strength.
For protection from the smallest pests, our Ultra-Fine Insect Mesh Netting offers the perfect solution. Manufactured from white woven HDPE and with a mesh size of just 0.22mm x 0.80mm, this clear insect netting allows light and air to filter through while blocking insect pests.
This netting is effective against Cabbage Butterfly, Cabbage Root Fly, Onion Fly, White Fly, and other small pests.
Air-Permeable Sheets & Jute for Gardens
We also stock a range of air-permeable sheets, which are perfect for protecting plants from pests while offering shade to more vulnerable plants.
Our made-to-order Air-Permeable Sheet is made from woven polyester mesh, complete with reinforced edges and eyelets every 500mm for long-lasting construction. This UV-resistant sheet provides 50% shade to plants without weakening or fading in the sun.
We also offer a Jute Sheet for a more natural-looking alternative that'salso UV-stabilised and offers durable shade and pest protection.

Yes, our netting is suitable for both commercial and domestic use. We offer netting by the metre or roll, allowing you to order larger quantities for commercial needs. Our durable and long-lasting netting is a reliable choice for businesses. Although the mesh size is very small on our Air-Permeable Sheets, it can't be described as insect protection due to the gaps in the eyelets. However, it offers great protection from birds. A mesh size no bigger than 7mm is recommended for stopping butterflies. For more versatile insect protection, an ultrafine mesh is best. You simply enter your desired dimensions and quantity in the text field provided on each product page before adding to basket.
