Indoor Tennis Centre Screens & Netting Installation
Edwards Sports has a long history of providing premium-quality netting, surround screens, and other associated products for indoor tennis centres. We are the only company in the UK that both manufactures and supplies tailored indoor products.
Because of this, the tennis screens, dividers, and netting manufactured in our Dorset factory are the choice of various LTA, David Lloyd and Virgin Active tennis centres.

As part of our premium service, we also professionally install all our indoor tennis screens and netting.
Court Screens Installation
Backdrop screens are used to provide a background which makes the ball more visible. They are made from the highest quality canvas or trevira and provide an aesthetically pleasing surround to a sports hall.
Edwards’ background screens and court surrounds can be tailored to fit tubular steel frames or tensioned wire cables.
Viewing panels, hall entrances, and fire doors can also be incorporated into screens to meet your requirements. This can be discussed during the manufacturing stage and will be taken into account during our installation process.
Our canvas/trevira screens are flame retardant as standard to conform to BS 5867 Part 2, Type B performance.
They're available in a range of colours, including...

Divider Nets Installation Service
Divider nets are essential in indoor tennis centres, keeping balls contained within the court. They can be customised to any size and are designed to hang from tensioned wire cables, which we can supply and install.
Our tennis divider net is crafted from knotless polypropylene, available in white or dark green. For added safety, this netting is fire retardant in compliance with BS 5867 Part 2, Type B performance.
Our other netting can be treated to be fire retardant to comply with the conditions of your facility's insurance policy.
To secure these nets, plastic banding with an enclosed leadline can be machine-stitched to the bottom. For ease of handling, a plastic headband with brass eyelets can be stitched to the top. This will either be as standard or available as an upgrade option.
With or without our installation service, we provide either dog clips or stainless steel split rings for attaching the divider net to the wire so the netting can be installed immediately.

Tailored Tennis Protection Netting
Edwards can manufacture and supply tailored tennis protection netting to protect building fixtures and viewing spectators from stray tennis balls.
Common areas where protection netting is installed include ceilings, balconies, wall cladding, windows and spectator viewing points.
Installing this netting is particularly useful for leisure centres, where viewing windows or large external windows may surround indoor tennis courts.
Our ball stop netting is made from UV and weather-resistant netting with our renowned knotless mesh, available in custom and standard sizes. If required, it can be upgraded to be flame retardant to conform to BS5867 Part 2, Type B performance.
This netting is supplied ready to hang, which makes our installation process much easier, causing as little disruption to your facility's functionality.
Indoor Cricket Netting Installation
Huck Nets is also proud to manufacture, supply, and install high-quality indoor cricket netting tailored to meet the specific needs of your cricket centre.
Our expert team ensures that all installations enhance safety and comply with industry standards, making them ideal for both recreational and competitive environments.
Indoor Cricket Bay Nets
Our cricket bay nets keep cricket balls in confined areas of a sports hall or indoor centre. They are designed to hang on aluminium trackway* (or tensioned wire cables) and can be manufactured to any size requested.
We can now offer Huck Knotless cricket netting alongside our range of traditional knotted netting. Our knotless indoor cricket netting is manufactured from high-tenacity polypropylene and is fire-retardant-treated at the source.
This netting is used by cricket clubs of all levels, including county and international grounds. Detachable or sewn-in white canvas sight screens (other colours available on request) can be incorporated into the cricket bay nets and are supported by lanyard cords to prevent sag.
All our canvas sight screens are flame retardant as standard to conform to BS 5867 Part 2, Type B Performance.
*If an aluminium trackway is required to be supplied and installed, then please contact us so we can refer you to a suitable installation company.
Bowlers End Nets
A bowler’s end net stops cricket balls for protection if the bowler fails to catch the ball. The net is made to exactly the same specification as the cricket bay nets (see above) and also has the option of a sewn-in or detachable sight screen.
Like the cricket bay nets, the bowlers' end net is designed to hang on aluminium trackway and can be manufactured to any size requested.
Tension Cricket Net Cages
Our tension cricket net cages create a complete net enclosure to allow matches to be played indoors. They are used in 6 —and 8-a-side leagues across the UK. When the ball hits the netting, it rebounds to allow a fielding player to catch it, a rule set by many indoor cricket leagues.
Tension cricket net cages are available in green or white and are made to standard regulation dimensions of 30m x 11m x 4.5m. Bespoke cricket net solutions are available to fit a specific indoor cricket practice layout, and entrances can be incorporated into the cages to fit your facility.
This is an area of the market in which we specialise, with the ability to provide a complete service from site visits through to design, manufacture, and finished installation.
